What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • We offer specialized inspection services concentrating on specific perils, encompassing roof, elevation, interior, underwriting, and pre-sale assessments. Our standard deliverables include meticulously labeled photographs, a detailed footprint diagram, and a comprehensive written narrative summarizing the inspection process. Should you have particular concerns, we are prepared to collaborate with you to develop a customized checklist or reporting format tailored to the requirements of your carrier, Third-Party Administrator (TPA), or engineering firm.

  • We offer appropriate equipment and a skilled team for ladder access, steep assist equipment, and lift access services. Ladder access is provided for scuttle hatches and roofs up to two stories. For three and four-story access, a 40ft ladder with two dedicated team members is utilized, and boom lift services are available for structures four stories and taller. Scissor lift access for purlin and structural assessment includes a certified operator, as do boom lift services.

  • This procedure involves the removal of a previously installed emergency tarp or patch to facilitate a thorough inspection. The underlying area is meticulously examined, and all pertinent documentation is collected. Following the inspection, the tarp is reinstalled in a manner consistent with its original application.

  • This pertains to any essential emergency repairs required to prevent additional damage following a named peril. Such repairs might include applying a tarp to exposed decking due to a wind event, providing board-up services after a fire, or both board-up and tarping in the aftermath of a tree fall incident. This also encompasses covering broken windows, detached siding, or compromised roofing to limit the extent of the loss and help control related supplements.

  • We offer services specifically designed for your engineers. We consistently arrive punctually, equipped with the appropriate tools and a professional demeanor. Appointments for forensic engineering, chimney inspections, and structural assessments are scheduled for a full hour, with the option to extend if necessary, ensuring the Professional Engineer has ample time for a thorough inspection. Our objective is to provide easy access to the area of concern on or within the structure, enabling your engineers to gather all required documentation directly. Steep access equipment is available upon request for any pitched roof. The comfort and safety of your engineers are our utmost priority.

If you are not comfortable with climbing, please feel free to instruct our staff to collect specific photographs or samples as you direct. There is no need to compromise your safety or miss out on important photos.
