We offer appropriate equipment and a skilled team for ladder access, steep assist equipment, and lift access services. Ladder access is provided for scuttle hatches and roofs up to two stories. For three and four-story access, a 40ft ladder with two dedicated team members is utilized, and boom lift services are available for structures four stories and taller. Scissor lift access for purlin and structural assessment includes a certified operator, as do boom lift services.

This procedure involves the removal of a previously installed emergency tarp or patch to facilitate a thorough inspection.
